Release material is a kind of anti sticking material made by coating anti sticking agent on the base material, which is an important material in the production of pressure-sensitive adhesive products. Pressure sensitive adhesive products, such as pressure-sensitive adhesive label, adhesive tape, double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, adhesive wallpaper and other adhesive sheets, are all composed of pressure-sensitive adhesive, base material and release material.
The base materials of release materials mainly include paper and film. The products are release paper and release film. The main anti adhesion agents are silicone release agent and fluorine release agent. Organosilicon antisticking agent (organosilicon oil) is the most commonly used antisticking agent in the production of antisticking paper (film). Release material and adhesive are like spear and shield, which are inseparable. Where adhesive is used, release material will be used. The main function of release paper (anti adhesive paper) and release film (anti mucous membrane) in pressure-sensitive adhesive products is to protect the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer coated on the substrate, so as to prevent pollution or adhesion of other articles or adhesive layers from losing use value after they are adhered to each other. Therefore, it can be said that without release paper (film), pressure-sensitive adhesive products can not be produced and developed.
