1. It is common that the edge of self-adhesive material adheres, and its backing paper will be leaked with silicon. People who have used it will know that the edge of the adhesive material adheres or some areas on the backing paper are missing silicone oil. In the process of printing and processing, we will cause the surface paper to break during waste discharge, resulting in the consequences of abnormal production.

2. The cutting end face of the drum material will be straight and the rewinding tightness will be inconsistent. If the cutting end face of the roller self-adhesive material is uneven, it will not only affect the registration during printing, but also cause waste removal difficulties due to the change of the die cutting position. When rewinding, the inconsistent tightness will cause various forms of paper tension during printing, and the uneven tension will also cause printing quality problems, which is just one of them.

3. There is another problem with self-adhesive. The material seems to have burr, while the edge of the roller self-adhesive material is bright and clean without damage, which is the basic factor to ensure the printing quality of self-adhesive label. Therefore, we must carefully check whether there is burr on the cutting edge of the roller self-adhesive material before printing and processing. If it is proved that this product is not applicable.

4. Some adhesive materials have cracks. When the adhesive material is manufactured, it will be cut. If the cutting tool is not adjusted properly or the blade is not sharp enough in the process, these will lead to cracks on the surface paper or the bottom paper of the adhesive material, and the fiber pulled out of the cracks will be stuck by the adhesive.
